Ordered as you would install and operate the product. If the answer is not here, use live support or the contact page.

Common questions

01 Do tasks run on your servers or on my own computer?
On your own computer. EasyFb is a desktop client and drives the Chrome or Edge already installed on your machine. Close the client and the task stops.
02 Do I need to install a separate browser?
No extra browser engine is downloaded, but you must already have Chrome or Edge installed.
03 Which operating systems are supported?
Windows and macOS. The interface is available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English.
04 Can I sign up myself?
There is no public sign-up. Member accounts are opened from the admin console with an expiry date and quotas; once expired or disabled they cannot sign in.
05 How many accounts can one client manage?
It depends on your quota. Account count, page count, concurrent tasks and daily sends are all set in the admin console, and once you are over one you cannot add more.
06 Can the same person receive a message twice?
When a task is rerun, everyone already reached successfully is skipped. The do-not-send list and refusal detection also run before anything is sent.
07 Does everyone receive identical content?
Not necessarily. A task can hold several scripts and rotate them at random or in order, and {name} in the text is replaced with the contact’s own name.
08 Are failed sends retried automatically?
Failures are counted separately and written to the run log. Running the task again picks up where it stopped: those already reached are skipped and the rest are attempted again.

Support

I answer only what this site already documents: features, limits, installation, and how billing is counted. If it is not documented, I will say so.

Answers are generated from this site’s documentation. The docs and the formal terms take precedence.
