Adding accounts and page inboxes

Each account gets its own browser profile. Sign in by hand once, then check the state silently.

Create an account on the accounts page and the client opens a browser profile for it alone. Cookies never cross between accounts, which is what allows several to run at once without interfering with each other.

A new account has to be signed in by hand once: open the browser, log in the way a person would, and confirm it can reach the inbox you are targeting. There is no shortcut here, and auto-fill is not advised.

An account can carry several page inboxes, each of which can be switched on or off individually; a run only enters the ones you ticked. You can also skip page inboxes entirely and work the personal inbox, choosing the inbox type on the task itself.

From then on a single silent check confirms whether the session is still alive, and the state comes straight back to the interface. Dropped accounts are flagged and only need one manual sign-in. A proxy can be configured per account if you need one.

I answer only what this site already documents: features, limits, installation, and how billing is counted. If it is not documented, I will say so.

Answers are generated from this site’s documentation. The docs and the formal terms take precedence.
