Setting intervals and ceilings

Contact interval, step interval and per-account ceiling together set the rhythm of a run.

Pacing comes down to three settings. The contact interval is the random wait between one person and the next, by default in the range of tens of seconds. The step interval is the random wait between two steps of one sequence, by default a few seconds. The per-account ceiling is how many people each account will reach in this run, after which it stops.

All three are adjustable, but understand what they are for: a random range resembles a person more closely than a fixed value, and the ceiling exists so that one account is not worked too hard in a single run. Shrink the intervals and raise the ceiling and the risk is yours.

Beyond the intervals, the client also mimics human behaviour with randomised delays, simulated typing and page scrolling. None of this needs separate configuration; it applies along with the task.

Before a run begins, the skip rules pass over the roster first, and anyone skipped does not count against the ceiling.
