Dropped sessions and unreachable inboxes

Run a silent check first, then confirm the account actually has access to that inbox.

When a task will not move, or one account keeps failing, run a silent check first. The result comes straight back to the interface and any dropped session is flagged.

If the session has dropped, open the browser and sign in by hand once. Sessions are isolated per account, so signing one back in does not disturb the others.

If the session is healthy but the inbox is still unreachable, check whether that account actually has access to the page in question. Access is controlled on the platform side; the client can only use the permissions the account already holds.

There is also the case where the local browser has gone missing or been broken by an update. The client drives the Chrome or Edge installed on your system, so if the browser itself is broken, fix that first.

I answer only what this site already documents: features, limits, installation, and how billing is counted. If it is not documented, I will say so.

Answers are generated from this site’s documentation. The docs and the formal terms take precedence.
