Writing a message sequence
A script is a series of steps: text, image and video into one conversation, with {name} substituted.
A script is a series of steps, not a block of text. Each step is text, an image or a video, and they go into the same conversation in the order you arranged them. Images and video are picked straight from the asset library, where files can be dropped in and tagged.
Write {name} inside a text step and it is replaced with the name of the contact in that conversation. When no name can be read, it falls back to a generic form of address; the braces are never sent as they are.
A task can hold several scripts and rotate them at random or in order while it runs. Keeping a few on hand stops everyone receiving an identical message, which has a direct effect on how the outreach lands.
Steps have their own interval setting, by default a few seconds of random waiting, so the rhythm resembles a person typing one message after another rather than a burst.
