The do-not-send list and skip rules

A global list governs every task, a task-level rule governs one run, and refusals are detected for you.

The do-not-send list is global: once a contact is written into it, no later task will message them again. Lists are isolated per member.

A task-level skip rule applies only to that run, which suits temporarily excluding a batch without affecting anything later.

Contacts who have already refused you are recognised by the client and skipped permanently, with nothing for you to add by hand. That rule is automatic, and it is the one least worth working around.

When the same task is run again, everyone already reached successfully is passed over, so nobody hears from you twice. Skipped contacts are counted separately from failures in the record.

I answer only what this site already documents: features, limits, installation, and how billing is counted. If it is not documented, I will say so.

Answers are generated from this site’s documentation. The docs and the formal terms take precedence.
